» Will help you plan everything from “Save the Dates”, site inspections, vendor selections, contract negotiations, arranging all of your load ins to arranging all of your detailed table arrangements on the day of the event. 

» Will work with your tastes and budget to help you decide on which vendors (wedding/reception site, florists, caterers, photographers, etc.) will be the most appropriate for you and your wedding style.

»  Will coordinate both timing and detailed décor arrangements the week of your events. 

Kathi charges by the hour and not on commission.

For pricing, we work on an hourly basis of $75./hr with as many or as little hours as you wish.

Because we do not charge a commission we are dedicated to getting you the best vendor pricing.

Detailed invoices are provided following an event that itemize time spent in coordination and supervision all of the elements.

SEJH only does one wedding a week….so it’s all about you!
